Slip-On Style Forklift Platforms

Our forklift safety cage attachments are designed to reach over obstacles that usually need a boom to get to.  Our man basket is a lot smaller, more cost-effective, and quicker than scaffolds, they are perfect for construction jobs that involve safe, quick lifting of staff to places that are dangerous to climb to. Our forklift platforms are engineered for employee safety as they are built with skid proof decking that reduces  the risk of slippage.  Full edge guard rails feature toe guards and tie offs for lanyards.

Quick-Tach Style Forklift Personnel Basket & Lift Platforms

Avnix forklift platform separates worker space from material space by making a smaller, but very strong, platform for tools and materials.  They are designed for outside use on construction job sites and uneven  terrain.  Supported by adjustable vertical supports, our forklift platform is rated as 600 pounds capacity.

Workers stay within the safe edge of the guardrails, which also offer toe guards and lanyard tie offs for extra safety procedures.  To make the attachment extra safe, your Avnix material handling specialist can also have it custom made with mast protection.  Skid proof decking, simple and safe access to tools, and skid-free work space make this the most tough attachment for multi-application use both indoors and out.

Industrial forklift work platforms will attach to any standard or commercial sized forklift and can pass through a gap as narrow as 3’.  Avnix aerial work platforms can be used by an assortment of forklift fork sizes up to 6” wide by 2 2/4” thick.  The forklift basket is held by a positive pin locking system that holds forklift cage in place, and employees are protected from the forklift mast by a safety shield screen that extends up and down from the base of the work platform and stops workers from coming into contact with the mast.  Full edge rails provide a safe area in which to work.  Personnel enter the lifting platform through the middle rail in the front, which locks in place once the worker is aboard.  This is much safer than a gate that can swing open in mid-air.
